Monthly Summary: April 2019

I swear these months keep passing by faster. I’ve had a fairly interesting month in terms of gaming related stuff. I’ve been challenging myself by playing different types of games and I’m honestly loving it! I’ve also managed to play more with my boyfriend than I normally do during an average month which I think has helped with the positive gaming experience.

GW2: Aurora: Awakening – Siren’s Landing Master

Aurora Awakening is the first stage towards crafting the Legendary Trinket, Aurora. For information on how to get started on Aurora, please see my Aurora Introduction post here which you will need to complete before unlocking this collection. I have also written collection guides on all the other Stage 1 sections: Bloodstone Fen Master, Ember Bay Master, Lake Doric Master, Draconis Mons Master and Bitterfrost Frontier Master.

Smite: 6.4 Patch Notes – Sand and Skies

It’s time again for another patch with Update 6.4 – Sand and Skies! For the first time ever in Smite history, this patch will see the release of TWO brand new Gods at the same time! Both these Gods have lore related to each other so I think it’s great they are being released together, their passives even relate to each other too. As well as the new Gods, there will be a new event starting this patch that will run over the next few months containing a bunch of new skins and even a T5 skin reward!

Patch 6.4 will go live on 30th April with certain content from this patch being added throughout May.

Smite: Odyssey 2020 T5 Skin Vote

Here we are once again for the annual T5 skin vote to determine which Smite God will get the next T5 skin as part of the Odyssey 2020. The winning skin will be available as the final reward for the next Odyssey which will begin around September/October 2019 and run through until January 2020. The voting process remains the same as last year.

11 Games I Loved But Never Finished [11:11]

Hello there! I am very pleased to announce the first Official blogging series brought to gamergal.exe, [11:11]. This series has been in the works for a few months now, and I’m really excited to be able to bring some new content to gamergal.exe on a more regular basis! Steam Prison [Review]

Steam Prison is an Otome Visual Novel developed by HuneX and published by MangaGamer. Originally released on PS Vita in Japan back in 2016, the game was released on Steam and the MangaGamer website with English subtitles on February 15th 2019. I purchased the game on Steam on release with 10% discount and started playing two weeks later.
