I can’t believe it’s the end of the month already! Between my busy work schedule and seeing my boyfriend every weekend (twice as much as usual), I’ve barely had any time to myself to jump into solo gaming. I’ve still managed to fit a few things in though including the rebranding of my blog, although there are a few changes that still need to be made!
Following up from the Mid Season Patch, update 5.14 is a smaller one in terms of balance. However, as the final stage of Divine Uprising is upon us, this patch welcomes a new Polynesian Goddess. Going by the past release schedules, patch 5.14 should be released on Tuesday 7th August for PC and Wednesday 8th August for console but there has been no official announcements. PTS is also live!
The time has come for the final stage of the Odyssey 2019 T5 skin vote! Voting has now begun!
*Edit: Voting has now closed and the winner has now been revealed! Check out my post on the Winner here!
July 2018 marks the milestone of Rockker66’s conversion to gamergal.exe across WordPress and Twitter. This has been a huge decision to make which has not been taken lightly, with months of thought and planning being compiled together for this very moment.
Hakuoki: Kyoto Winds is a Visual Novel rereleased for PC and PlayStation Vita in 2017 by Idea Factory. The game is of the Otome genre with a rich story set in 1860s Japan.
There are many games in the Hakuoki series, the first being released for PS2 in 2008, but the series spreads over a variety of consoles including the PSP and Nintendo DS. Hakuoki Shinkai: Fuukaden was released for PS4 (Japan only) last year and is also coming to Nintendo Switch in September 2018. This version contains both Kyoto Winds and Edo Blossoms.
Welcome to the mid season patch! Now that we’re halfway through Season 5, the second biggest patch of the season is here. The patch notes show went on for 2 hours so there’s a lot of content to come with some exciting new changes! Going from the recent update schedule, Patch 5.13 should come to PC on Tuesday 24th July and Console later in the week.
PTS is now available, and this time around you can earn up to 300 gems for taking part! See the bottom of the post for details.
With the Steam Summer Sale ending a few days ago, I though I’d update you all on what I purchased, similar to the post I did last year. I didn’t buy as much as I thought I would, but since I was collecting the trading cards from the discovery queues every day, I did come across a few other games to add to my wishlist.
Within the next few weeks I will be working heavily on rebranding my blog. This is something I’ve been wanting to do for the past few months and now it’s finally happening!
