It’s time for the first Monthly Summary of the year already, bringing a few new additions and changes along with it. I’m trying my best to make progress with my backlog throughout the year, so I’m hoping that my purchases will decrease and my completion rate will increase. I’m hoping this will also make for more interesting monthly summaries going forwards as well as a tool for encouraging myself to get even more productive on the gaming front.
Personally, I find there’s nothing better than getting stuck right into a well written visual novel. I don’t always feel like playing games when I get in from work, so diving into something with minimal demand on my end is a great way to chill out after a long day. That being said, here I am with my first review of the year for my first 2019 game completion.
Many games have already been announced for release this year which I’m sure plenty of us are super excited for! To start 2019 off, I’d like to take some time to talk about what games I’m looking forward to being released throughout the year and also which games I’d like to see announcements for.
Here’s one last post before I put 2018 behind me… it’s my completions list! Back in March, I started my Monthly Summary posts with a view to casually keep track of my gaming progress as well as trying to encourage myself to play different games. I’m now taking my gaming progress a little more seriously and I really want to get into playing games that I’ve had sat in my Steam Library for years.
Happy New Year! Here I am with my first post of 2019! This year, I’ll be setting myself some new resolutions which I’m hoping to fully stick to this time. I feel like 2019 will be a good year for my personal gaming progress and I really hope I can win by sticking to my goals.
